Formed by visionaries with a passion to make a difference in people’s lives by providing Home Care Services/Domiciliary care, Supported/Assisted Living, Live-in care, Dementia Care, Respite Care, Palliative Care and Hospital Discharge Support for people living in their own homes.

Our services range from scheduled hourly visits to 24 hours a day enabling people to experience life to the full. Our commitment goes beyond being just a high-quality home care provider.

Everyone has a right to the best life possible. People living in their own homes face obstacles that are hard to imagine. Their challenges can be complex and lifelong. Even so, with the right care, support and encouragement, we believe they can be independent and enjoy a comfortable satisfactory life in the comfort of their homes.

That is why everything we do is centered on the people we support. Our Bespoke Services ensures that we focus on specific needs of each individual, being creative about the kind of personal care and support we offer.

We work hard to understand their changing needs and provide services and support that make a real difference to their lives.

As one of the providers of healthcare services in England we are able to invest our knowledge in our staff. We help them to develop the specialist skills and expertise needed to provide the kind of support we believe in. And we try to make sure they always have the time to build trusted, caring relationships with the people and families they support.

Our Vision

Our vision is to continue to ensure that the best possible domiciliary care is given to people who wish to stay in their own homes but need help to do so.

Some people prefer to move to a residential or care home, some prefer to stay at home amongst friends, families and familiar surroundings. It is those who prefer to stay home that need either hourly or live-in care

By ensuring the service user’s routine, wishes and requirements are known, care plans can be made and discussed by Ringstead staff, the service user and their families. This ensures that the correct care is delivered when and how it is needed.

Throughout the year, Ringstead looks to the future by continually looking for new ways to ensure that the people we support have every opportunity to live the best life possible, by reviewing policies and plans to accomplish the desire to supply the best home care possible.

Ringstead’s senior management and support team work to ensure that our strategy stays focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for the people we support.

Ringstead is one of the few organisations where families and carers of people we support are actively involved in ensuring the needs of the people we support are kept at the centre of everything we do.

Set up by a group of visionaries to ensure that people living in their own homes achieve their full potential. Ringstead operates as an organisation ensuring we continue to enhance the lives of the people we support in the right ways.

Management team and support staff are central to the way we operate. We keep all our teams up to date with everything we do to provide effective services to people we support and their families.

Our management team is responsible for the overall strategic direction and effective management of Ringstead.

Many have an excellent understanding of the issues that affect people who choose to be cared for in their own home, some have family members/friends who are cared for at home and some have specific expertise in policy development or specific skills that can help ensure Ringstead is run effectively.

The implementation of strategy and day-to-day running of Ringstead is managed by the management team.
